Ashley Brown North Philipsburg-In Loving Memory
Ashley Irene Brown, 39, of North Philipsburg, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 12, 2026. Born in Philipsburg on October 30, 1986, she was the beloved daughter of David and Barbara (Eckberg) Brown.
A 2005 Philipsburg Osceola High School graduate, Ashley was a vibrant athlete, participating in softball, soccer, and basketball. Yet her most cherished role was that of a devoted mother. Her greatest joy was found in raising her two beautiful daughters, Lennon, 8, and Josie, 4, and sharing her beloved sticker collection with them.
Ashley’s memory is carried on by her parents; her significant other, Shawn Novak; her daughters; her sisters, Amy Merritt and Chelsea Scaife; several nieces, nephews, and a large, loving extended family.
Friends will be received for visitation on Monday, January 19, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Philipsburg from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:30 p.m., officiated by her uncle, Ronald Brown. Interment will follow in Philipsburg Cemetery.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to a trust established for her daughters at CNB Bank in Philipsburg. Arrangements are entrusted to the Dahlgren-Spewock Funeral Home, Inc.
