Randall Spivey Update: Missing Boat Found, Both Men Dead
It is with profound sadness that we provide a tragic update regarding attorney Brandon Billmaier and his uncle, Randall Spivey. The U.S. Coast Guard has suspended its search and rescue operation, and both men are now presumed deceased.
Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with Brandon’s and Randy’s families, as well as our entire Shiner Law Group, during this unimaginably difficult time. We are devastated by this loss. Out of respect for the family and due to the inherent dangers of continued search efforts, volunteer operations have concluded at the family’s request.
No words can express our grief. Brandon was not only an exceptional attorney but a remarkable man whose kindness, integrity, and character left a permanent mark on our firm. He is deeply missed.
